If you’re a federal employee, I’ll build you a personalized Federal Retirement Tax & Income Blueprint (GT LifePath). The same retirement work my clients usually pay $1,500+ for, waived for a limited number of spots each month.
In your Federal Retirement Blueprint, we’ll:
- Show you how long your money realistically lasts (your “Spend‑For‑Life” number).
- Outline a tax‑smart withdrawal & Roth game plan, so you keep more after‑tax income.
- Coordinate your FEHB, FERS pension, and Social Security timing with your portfolio.
- Highlight any fees and tax drag that may be quietly eroding your nest egg.
- Stress test your plan through bear, base, and bull markets before you retire.
If you've ever thought, "We should really get a plan," this is your next step.
If you’ve seen me walk through federal retirement case studies on YouTube, this Blueprint is simply the 1:1 version with your numbers.
I use the same GT LifePath process you see on screen, but applied to:
- Your TSP, IRAs, and taxable accounts
- Your pension and Social Security options
- Your actual spending goals, taxes, and timeline
Most couples tell me they feel more relief and clarity from this one session than from years of trying to piece things together on their own.
Who this blueprint is built for:
This is a strong fit if you and your spouse:
- Are 50–65 and within 1–10 years of retirement (or recently retired).
- Have $500k–$3M+ across TSP, IRAs, 401(k)s, and other investments.
- Are current or former federal employees (or married to one), or successful professionals with similar complexity.
- Prefer to delegate investment and tax details so you can focus on family, health, and life.
- Have watched at least a few of my videos and thought, “We should have someone we trust look at this.”
- You’re not interested in DIYing your plan. You want a trusted guide to walk you through it, step by step.
- Not a federal employee? If you’re 50–65 with $500k–$3M+ and similar complexity, you’re still welcome to schedule a call.
What you'll walk away with:
A clear, written game plan for retiring confidently, without running out of money or overpaying the IRS.
You’ll receive:
- Spend-For-Life Number: A year-by-year projection of how much you can safely spend, adjusted for inflation.
- Tax-Smart Withdrawal & Roth Roadmap: Which accounts to draw from, and when, so you legally pay less over your lifetime.
- Pension & Social Security Timing Map: Coordinated recommendations for when and how to claim, based on your situation.
- Fee & Tax Drag Audit: Where you’re currently leaking money through unnecessary fees and taxes.
- Portfolio Stress Test: How your plan holds up under bear, base, and bull markets.
- One-Page Spend-For-Life Summary: A simple, printable snapshot that you and your spouse can review together.
- Federal Retirement Tax Mistakes Checklist: The most common pitfalls I see federal employees make with TSP, Roth, and RMDs.
- Spouse Clarity Session: Dedicated time in the review to make sure both of you feel heard, informed, and aligned.
How The Process Works
Step 1:
Schedule Your Blueprint Call (2-3 minutes)
Pick a day and time that works for you on my calendar and answer a few brief questions about your age, savings, and retirement timeline. This lets me prepare for your situation before we meet.
Step 2:
Share Your Documents (30–45 minutes)
After you schedule, I’ll email you a short checklist of the 5–7 statements to upload securely (TSP, IRAs, pension estimates, Social Security, etc.). Just the basics I need to build your Blueprint.
After you schedule, I’ll email you a short checklist of documents.
If you can send them before we meet, I’ll be able to build your full Federal Retirement Tax & Income Blueprint with real numbers. If not, no problem, we’ll still use the call to clarify where you stand and exactly what we’d need to complete your plan.
Step 3:
GT LifePath Blueprint Review (60 minutes on Zoom)
We meet on Zoom to walk through your personalized Federal Retirement Tax & Income Blueprint together, answer your questions, and outline clear next steps. At the end, you’ll know exactly where you stand and the clearest path forward, whether we work together long‑term or not.
Your full Blueprint is typically ready within 7 days of receiving your documents.
How is this different from a generic "Free Retirement Review?"
Built For Federal Complexity
We focus on federal employees and near-retirees, so we speak your language: TSP, FERS/CSRS, FEHB, survivor benefits, Roth conversions, RMDs, and IRMAA.
Fee-Only, Fiduciary Advice
We don’t sell products or earn commissions. Our recommendations are based on what’s best for you, not on what pays us.
Depth, Not A Sales Pitch
The Blueprint is a working plan. You’ll see the numbers, the trade-offs, and the ‘why’ behind each recommendation, in plain English.
Our clarity promise + why spots are limited.
Your time matters. So here’s my promise:
If by the end of your Blueprint Review you don’t feel it was worth at least 10x the 60 minutes you spent with me in clarity and confidence, just tell me on the call. We’ll end the conversation there, no follow-up, no pressure. You still keep the plan and all materials.
And because I personally do the analysis and meet with each couple, I complete at most 4 Federal Retirement Tax & Income Blueprints per month for viewers of my YouTube channel. Once those spots are full, new applications roll to the following month.
Common Questions
Q1: What does this cost?
There is no fee for the Federal Retirement Tax & Income Blueprint for qualified applicants who find us through YouTube. It represents the same level of planning work full clients invest $1,500+ for. We waive that upfront cost so you can evaluate our process and fit without any pressure.
Q2: Do we have to move our investments to you?
No. The plan is yours whether we work together long-term or not. If you decide later you’d like help implementing it, we can talk about ongoing planning or investment management at that point.
Q3: Do you work virtually with clients outside Pennsylvania?
Yes. Most Blueprint reviews are held over Zoom, and we work with federal employees and families across the country.
Q4: What documents will we need?
Typically, recent statements for TSP and other investment accounts, Social Security estimates, pension projections, and a simple intake form. We’ll send a short checklist so you know exactly what to upload. If you can send them before we meet, I’ll build your full Blueprint with real numbers. If not, we’ll still have a productive call and decide together what to gather next.
Q5: What happens after the Blueprint Review?
At the end of the review, you’ll have three options:
- Ask us to help you implement and maintain the plan as ongoing clients.
- Implement the recommendations on your own.
- Or do nothing for now.
We’ll guide you either way, and there is no surprise pitch.
